STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions, answered honestly
Will it fit my sockets and ratchet?
Yes. It ships with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" square-drive adapters, so the sockets and ratchet already in your box drop right on — no proprietary parts to buy.
How much torque can it take?
It's built for hand-ratchet work and rated around 72 Nm (about 53 ft-lb) of working torque — plenty for the vast majority of fasteners. For a seized bolt, break it loose with a breaker bar first, then use the Torqhound for the reach. It's a reach-and-leverage tool, not a torque wrench.
Will it fit my tight spot?
The head is just 0.63" thick and the tool reaches 15.4". If you can see the bolt and get a slim profile near it, it'll almost certainly reach.
Won't it slip or round the bolt?
No. The internal hardened chain transfers your turn 1:1 with no play, and each adapter locks on with a ball detent — so the fastener turns instead of the tool camming off and rounding the head.
Can I run it on an impact wrench?
Light to medium impact is fine. We won't oversell it — heavy impact-gun duty will wear any chain-driven extension over time, so for high-torque work stick to a hand ratchet.
How long will it last?
The body is heat-treated chrome-vanadium steel with a black e-coat finish, built for daily shop use. Treat it as the reach-and-leverage tool it is and it'll outlast a drawer full of cheap extensions.
What about shipping and delivery?
Free US shipping on every order, out the door in 1-2 business days and on your bench in 6-12, with tracking from the moment it ships.
What's your return policy?
A 90-day money-back guarantee. Put it to work, and if it doesn't earn its spot in your box, send it back within 90 days for a full refund — no restocking fees, no fine print. It also carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
